Shipping from an island adds a step, so we try to be precise rather than optimistic about it.
How cost is calculated
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination, the package weight and dimensions, and the service selected. We do not publish flat international rates, because they would be wrong for most destinations.
Crafting time versus transit time
These are separate. A Priority gift is prepared in three to four days; transit then depends on the destination and carrier service chosen.
Import regulations
Food, spice, plant and other natural products may be subject to import rules in the destination country. Some countries restrict specific categories or require declaration. Please check your own country's guidance before ordering.
Delivery dates
We will not promise an exact delivery date until the destination and shipping service are confirmed. If a gift is needed for a specific date, tell us and we will advise honestly.
