Jambiani is slower than Paje and largely made up of village guesthouses. There is little dedicated souvenir shopping, so most visitors buy in Stone Town on the way to the airport.
If you would prefer not to leave it to the last day, gifts can be ordered online and prepared in Zanzibar while you travel.
